30 day notice requirement

If I lived in a place for only 4 days and have no written agreement, am I required to give a 30 day notice?

Can't answer without more info! Why do you want to leave? Is there a lease? Can you work out a deal with landlord to leave? An oral agreement is as binding as a written agreement, just harder to prove. E-mail me or call me, and I'll try to give you more comprehensive advice.
