If I got a 60 day notice and never got a write up can still get kick out?

A 60 day notice that the lease is not being renewed/that you have to vacate, must be in writing. if you are on a month to month tenancy, the landlord does not need to have any reason to end the lease unless you are in a rent control city that imposes additional rules on the landlord.
