Once the 60 days have passed in a 60-Day Notice, is there a time frame that the landlord can file an Unlawful Detainer, or would he have to serve another 60 Day after a certain amount of time?

As long as the landlord does not accept rent after the end of the 60-day notice, the landlord has four years to file the UD on a written lease or rental agreement, two years for oral. If the landord accepts rent after the 60-days have passed, then he has to start all over again.
