Landlord kept tenant to be deposit and refused to let tenant move in. Landlord lost case and was told to pay back. Landlord did not and now is trying to get money from another tenant in the bldg.as a third party. Re: 3rd party lein

I have no idea what you are asking!

Where is a third party lien? What does you first sentence ("landlord kept tenant to be deposit") mean? What case? What other tenant? What sheriff? They might serve papers, but are certainly not delivery messengers!!!

You are asking about something that happened at 6 A.M. as to whether it is possible!!! Of course, it's possible because it already happened.

What judge?

I answer a lot of these, and this might be the most confusing of all time.

Please resubmit, and please think about what you are writing before you send it in. Then, please reread it, and see if it clearly explains facts, and clearly asks a legal question.
