Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I am a 50 year old filling for SSI; I also take care of my son who has a mental disability. My Landlord served me a acknowledgement of 30 notice to move. I never submitted a notice either verbaly, or written. Can he make us leave? We have always paid on time for over 2 and 1/2 years; we don't have a lease- it is a month to month.

If you have been there a year or more he must give you sixty days notice, not thirty, but if he gives you the proper amount of notice, yes, he can make you leave.
