Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I have a 47 year old stepchild that has moved in with her mother and I. The premise was that she would live here until she found a job. My wife and I have been through this before. What are my legal options to get her out of my house/life?

Ask her to move. If she doesn't, you could give her a 3 day or 30 day notice, depending on the circumstances. Then get ready for what I expect will be a very unpleasant home situation.
