abandoned cars

Our tenants allowed someone else to leave dismantled vehicles on our property (over a year ago) For about 6 months now we have forewarned that if they are not removed they will be towed. We had them towed. Will there be reprocussions.

No, there should not be any negative repercussions.

Hopefully, though, you did it in writing and kept a copy. Somehow, witnesses' memories fail i court, but a written statement helps them "recall" the truth.
