How do you add a new defendand's name in an on going UD in LA Superior court under the "does 1 to 100" that is checked on the original complaint and stated on the original Summons?.

A Prejudgement Claim of Right to Possession should be served on all adults present in the house to insure that there would not be further claims of possession by any other residents in the house. This should be served prior to the actual hearing as soon as possible. The proper service of this additional form on the adults at the residence actually puts the burden of adding themselves to the action as defendants to present their defenses.

There is a judical council form for adding names in place of does.
