Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
We have allowed a homeless friend of ours to live in our livingroom, rent free for the past 3 yrs. We feel we have helped her out long enough and that it's time for her to leave. We've given her a written 30 day notice but it doesn't look like she's doing anything to make other living arrangements. What is the next step we need to take to get this woman moved out of our house?
