Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Amenities Usage Agreement

I own a small building. There is a larger complex going up next door. Part of our ''deal'' not to interfer with the build is that they will allow my tenants/residents use of their amenities. I want to draft a simple agreement. WHERE can I go to find this? I don't want to engage an attorney if I cna do this myself.

You might be able to find something like that in a contract form book; go to a local law library and ask if they have something that could help you. The form probably will not warn you of problems that can develop. So look at the detailed index in a contract book [try Nolo Press books]to see what might happen. To avoid future disagreements, it is probably best to go into greater detail than less. You do not have to use legal terms, just words that are clear in meaning. If you want, after you prepare it you can send it to me and I will review it for free as to what occurs to me off the top of my head [i.e., I will not do any research, so i may not catch everything or be wrong in an opinion].
