American Disabilities - Apartment Gym Equipment

I am disabled but have partial ability to use my legs. I can ride a recumbant bike for exerise. My apartment complex has a gym but does not have a recumbant bike they only have other bikes that I would not be able to use. I have asked the manager if it were possible that they could get a recumbent bike but he told me that it's not possible. I believe that part of my rent goes towards this benefit. What are my rights?

I am out of my element here, as I am not an expert on the A.D.A., as part of landlord tenant law.

Try resubmitting under the Disability heading.
