What does ''Anticipated 2 year lease mean?

Hi, My kids leased a house and the lease says ''anticipated 2 year lease'', but they cannot afford to stay there any longer, does that mean that they cannot move?

I have been practicing real estate law a long time and I have never heard of an "anticipated" 2 year lease. You should have a lawyer review the entire lease to figure out what is meant.
