I had an apartment lease, at the end of that lease, it became month to month. Can I still be obligated to the stipulations as noted in the original lease?

Generally, yes, the month-to-month tenancy continues under the same terms of the original lease. You should ask another question if you are concerned about a particular term.

All of the terms of a lease carry over when a lease converts to a month to month tenancy, unless specified differently in the lease.
