Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Apartment leasing
The leasing office at my apt is moving their offices into the fitness center while their office is being remodeled. Included in our rent is the use of this fitness center. They want us to drive to another location and use another complex center if we want. This is going on for 3 months. What are my rights AND the only reason I moved into this complex 5 years ago was to play racquetball. The other fitness center they are sending us to doesn't have racqueball. Why cant they rent a trailer and put their desks their on the lot. I feel they are taking advantage of the tenants. This isnt the first time they have done something like this and not compensate us. What can I do.

Write a certified letter, return receipt requested, and delineate the same problems that you have listed in your question.

Tell management you will sue in small claims court (in the letter) for rent abatement.

Do it, after one week.
