Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
If I am an apartment manager with excessively noisy tenants that have disrupted lives of other tenants during our quiet hours (AFTER 10PM AND BEFORE 8AM) and several tenants including myself as a manger has written letters to management company and they have done nothing but issue more than 5-7 3day letters and now I am forced to move to have a better quality of life and lose my discount and job - can I sue at all

Once you move your legal rights become much less. While you are still there you have both rights as a tenant and an employee. You need to talk to a lawyer in person, maybe start with a local tenants rights organization to start.
