Apartment Sueing

If my car was parked on the apt lot and one of their trees broke off and fell on my car, who is responsible for the damages?

If you can show that the apartment manager or owner knew or reasonable should have known that the tree might fall over,then they would be liable for negligence. To show that can be very difficult. I assume you were in a legal parking space.

If you have insurance coverage for this type of damage, make a claim with your own insurance company and they will go after the apartment owner if they feel there is a chance of recovery.
