Apatment Manager Termination
I am a resident Apatment Manager and have been erminated and told I have 2 weeks to move out. Is tis legal. I have no problem with the termination but is it legal to tell me I have to o=move in 2 weeks

You need to look at your employment agreement. Your occupancy of the apartment as a resident manager is usually tied to your job, and as such, you are generally not a tenant, but rather have a license to occupy the manager's apartment while employed. Yes, this is common, and legal. I have seen as short as 48 hours in some manager employment agreements, so 2 weeks is more than sufficient from the landlord's perspective. If you feel that you did not agree to this, and you don't have a written employment agreement specifying that you were not a tenant, go see an attorney in your area for some advice.
