Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

i have been at my apt for over a year now and since day 1 the manager here has been harassing me and constantly telling me to move out when i did nothing wrong and there are some discrimination issues too, what can i do about this?

Complain to the owner with a detailed list ranked by date of the improper behavior. Try to get some one to support your claims; when you see him coming perhaps call a good friend and speak with the manager with the phone close enough that your friend can hear.
