Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I have attempted to serve a tenant with unlawful detainer 2 ways- (1) posting on the door and (2) certified mail. The tenant has rejected the certified mail. What are my other options for serviing the tenant as per California state law?

Have a registered process server personally serve the tenant. The other methods are not authorized by law.
