Hi so your say that the attorney had to talk to the other side first my landlords attorney did talk to me before taking their case so the landlords attorneys then the landlords attorneys is border line malpractice

You seem not to understand Mr. McCormick's correct response to your earlier question. The landlord's attorney should have tried to speak to you and his then taking the landlord's case may have been very reasonable, especially if he felt you did not present an adequate defense to the case or did not believe you.
