Bad landlord
Got in to a lease, with only a verbale agreement, the man told me he was having papers drawn up for our agreement. With i was'nt to pay anything till i started making money.One year later still no paper work. i've build't a house , bought a tractor,veihecles, and ext. About 55,000 to 60,000 . I' m talking about vacant land no water no utility's. Plus come to find out he is not the owner his brother is,and he is a petty theif, he has stolen about 4,000 to 6,000 everything from tools to constructiom metrail and many other things.I'm out of pataints and nerves. I have close to 12 to 15 people that this man has done wrong in some way, big and small.Something has got to happen here homestead this land that i have improved,some type of legal action. Their is a lot more elegal things to tell here to. Thank you for your time.

You need to find some solutions with the landowner or sue his brother for fraud. Does he have assets to collect a judgment on? Perhaps you may allege that the brothers were in complicity or sue the landowner for negligence as the land owning brother was on notice of an apparent agency problem as this has happened in the past.
