Bad Tenants

If a tenant has had numerous late payments, left the room in worse condition then when rented, and was nothing but a headache, is there a way the landlord can make a note of that on their credit? If so, how?

Now you know. If the tenant is a day late, give the tenant one grace period. If late again, give the three day notice the day after rent is due, and then file an unlawful detainer. The UD Registry (like a credit report) will give such tenant bad marks.
