can i be blame for late rent
my rent was change from 945$ to 401$ effective 12.1.05 But I pay them 945$ on the 12.1.05 the owner and I did,nt recieve these letter untell 12.21.05 the whole payment to the owner is 1800$ so I call them to tell them to take the money out of 12.1.05 the 401$ and send me back the 143$ now there saying since the housing did,nt send them the 544$ yet to make up the 1800$ for 1.1.06 there charging me with a late fee is this fare. please contact me as soon as possible.

How can your rent increase by most 50%? Were you given proper notice of this incredibly large (and perhaps illegal) rent increase?
