Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
My boyfriend smokes pot with my 16 year old son and he gives him cigarrettes. I have asked him not to do this many times, however, he continues to do this. I am furious, therefore, I do not have sex with him any more. Now my boyfriend is kicking me out of his house because I don't have sex with him. He just served me a 30 day notice to vacate the premises. My daughter came over last night and wanted to visit me, however, my boyfriend or ex-boyfriend called her a fucking bitch and told oher to get out of his house or he will call the cops. Is this illegal of him to do? Smoking pot and giving my son cigarrettes, plus, harrassing my daughter and calling her names and threatening her? What can I do?

Leave him. The free-rent-for-sex arrangement (I assume that's what it is) isn't worth it, especially the way he treats your kids. Get some other sugar daddy.
Move. By letting this happen, you have placed your kids in an unsafe environment and both of you could face criminal charges. You have the power to stop it by calling the police, but you all you've done is withhold sex. You both have committed child protection crimes.
Be very careful that the local county Child Protective Services agency does not get involved. Get your son out of there NOW! You risk CPS involvement which could mean the agency removing your son from your custody pending investigations, etc, etc. You do not want them to be involved.
