Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

My boyfriend is 55 years old, I am 41 years old, we would like to move to a senior 55+ condo. Under section 51.3 civil code of California, would I be disqualified to move in and live with my boyfriend?

I do not see that that code section has anything to do with your question. You need top provide more facts and why you think you would not be allowed to live their. The HOA can impose age requirements and you have to find out what they are.
