If i am being charged with b & e, but i was living in the condo, is there a defense for me?

Your question is a bit too vague or confusing. If you were in rightful possession of the condo subject to the B&E charge, then the elements of this allegation would not apply to you period. If you omitted other facts, we would need to know them to further assist you.
