Breaking a Lease to an Apartment
I leased an apartment with three other roommates; all of which have decided to leave without removing themselves from the lease and have failed to pay me rent. What are the legalities surrounding my situation? Do I have any rights or am I stuck to cover them?

You will have to read the provisions of your lease carefully.
Under most leases, you would be liable for all the rent, and would have to sue each of the other roommates in small claims court.
