Re: broke into apartment
You do have a lease, but it is month-to-month and oral, or verbal, just not in writing.
Who is "they"? Someone broke into your apartment, but I don't know who "they" are.
You may, or may not, have to give 30 day notice. I cannot answer, based on your confusing statement of facts.
Also, I can't tell where you have been for you not to be at home.
Please take your time, and resubmit your answer, or if it is easier, please e-mail my office, or call, and I'll try to help you.
