Broken lease
Two of us signed a one year lease for a home, four months into the lease she up and moves out taking most all of her things and some of mine. She was to have been paying half for everything but to date has not. She does have income but works under the table she moved into a home and put things into storage. By law what can i do to get the money she needs to pay

You should probably take her to small claims court, though your case is not a slam-dunk winner. You need to be able to establish some sort of agreement between the two of you as to how this would be handled. Good luck.
