Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

What are the CA CODES for San Diego when sending someone a "notice and demand" when using commercial affidavits?

Is it 30 days, 60 days or 90 days for them to respond?

Where do I find the info if you don't mind me asking?

I've done 100 goolge searches and can't seem to find the answers.

PS--I'm not sure if I put this question under the right category.

You're not finding anything because you are using incorrect terms. I can't even begin to figure out what you are talking about; so it's not surprising that a search enginge can't help you. There is no such thing I've ever heard of as "commercial affidavits" and you would never use an affidavit for any kind of "notice" or "demand" that I know of. I am really at a loss to even guess what you mean.
