In california eviction does prejudgement to claim judicial form need to be served by registered process server also is it againist public policy not to have rental agreement in wriiting thank you william ballew

Rental agreements often are oral; it is wiser to have them in writing but it is not against public policy for them to be oral. I do not understand what prejudgment matter you are speaking about.
