Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
In California, I filed and served an Unlawful detainer complaint. The complaint was filed in a non-rent controlled county. I have noticed that the zip code for the address on the complaint is incorrect, but correct on the all service. Do I need to amend my UD complaint?

You can orally amend it in court, just point out to the judge that it is correct elsewhere and the defendant was properly served. The judge might say it is not worth while to amend it.
