Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

california forclosure law regarding tenant/ owner relationship,served a 3 day to quit, all other teneats received a 90 day, they then filed UD, dropped the unlawful detainer and gave me a 60 day, now they are insisting on a entry of judgement to make sure I leave in the 60 days, they always seem to jump the gun and it has cost me attorney fees and court fees to answer, they also broke into my house to inspect I have a sheriffs report that the owner and property manager entered,illegally, tresspass and misconduct, also I have a very serious mold problem in my outside laudry room due to structure problems..I need to actually find an attorney in the Sacramento area who is familar with tenant law...

I take it from your post that you are not the former homeowner who was foreclosed. If so, you are correct in that you need to find an attorney in Sacramento who can assist you. Your post raises a large number of issues, and is not one that is going to be particularly easy to resolve via a free forum such as this. You need specific legal advice given your set of facts. I suggest that you contact the County Bar Association in your area for a qualified referral to someone in your area who represents tenants. It is not likely, given the number of attorneys (not many) who regularly answer Landlord/Tenant questions on this forum that you will get lucky and find somoene in your area. I wish you good luck.
