California General Release of All Claims
Do you have form that can be used by landlord in landlord/'tenant relationship--tenant has vacated and deposits returned, and need to send deposit check with release of all claims...thanks

I don't know why you need a release, but look on this website under general release forms, if you must have one.
There is no specific form for deposit return. You should just write with an explanation of any deduction from the deposit, and an explanation and/or invoice regarding each deduction.
