You can lease your land to anyone you want. However, because it is still a federal crime to grow or distribute marijuana, and especially considering who is currently in charge of the DEA, FBI, etc., you need to consider the fact that legally the federal government could seize your land if pot is grown on it, and you would not get it back if you knowingly or carelessly allowed it. In other words, there are no forms and legalities that will protect you.
