Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

In California (San Francisco, specifically), are you able to cancel the contract for an unlawful detainer settlement (made at the pre-trial conference) in any period of time? 24 hours, 72 hours, etc... And if so, under what terms (do you need to give a reason)? Or is there no cancellation option? Thanks!

There is no cooling off period for a judicially supervised settlement agreement. It can only be set aside for reasons that you could void any contract, if you have the evidence to prove it.
