california tenant rights

I need to know how long I have etc.

I was served 3day notice pay or quit

two days ago and I need to know

how long I have if I can't pay etc.

I don't have a lease and I have been

harrassed living here but never the

less I'm behind in my rent. Thanks

You have until the end of business on the third day to pay. If you don't pay, the landlord will file an unlawful detainer lawsuit, and if you don't answer it, you can probably be evicted in 2-3 weeks. If you were harassed because of race, sex, etc., that is illegal and you might have other options.
