If the buyer had notice that you are living in the property, you have a right to stay until the end of your lease, and the new owner becomes your landlord under the terms of the lease. If not, the landlord is liable for breach of contract damages, which would include moving expenses, the cost of securing new housing, and the difference, if any, between the rent you pay and the rent you have to pay to secure comparable housing (but not to upgrade your living situation). Any other direct and foreseeable damages as a consequence of breaching the lease should also be recoverable, including any fees for new utility accounts, if any, etc.
