Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I am a caretaker for someone, we share an apartment and I am on the lease. The family wants to replace me as the caretaker, which I'm fine with, but am invoking my right right as being on the lease to live there until find another arrangement. The sister who wants me gone says she can lock me out after 3 days. What are my rights?
