Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Would have have a case to file against our housing here at Fort Irwin. They are called Pinnacle and we believe we have mold in our home, they refused to place locks on our windows causing our home to be broken into yet they gave other neighbors locks and refused to fix our AC and caused me to go into preterm labor and deleivering my baby at 33 weeks gestation and spending over a month in the hospital?

Probably. It being owned by the military, however, complicates it. Have you run your complaints up the chain of command to the officer in charge of supervising the relationship with Pinnacle? You'd need to do that first.
