Re: case management conference notice

Case management is a meeting between the parties, and a court representative, prior to a trial, to see if agreements can be reached and possibly settle the case.

These are mandatory.

Re: case management conference notice

In many courts, at a case management conference, the judge learns a little about your case, and then will set a trial date, final status conference date, and possibly determine whether the case is one that should be assigned to mediation or arbitration. Also, it's an opportunity to tell the judge about future motions and the need for more time to complete the case. You must complete and submit a case management questionnaire to the court and serve it on the other party by mail at least 15 days before the case management conference. You can find one at http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/forms/fillable/cm110.pdf . Good luck.
