Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

i come back from a two week vacation to changed locks and to get my work tools i had to call the sheriff dept. for help all my rent is paid in cash and my proof is locked in the house with all my possesions too.How can i get more than the 5min walk thru the officer nagotiated?Can i be arrested for tresspassing?

Hire an attorney to represent you. You need representation to either regain possession of the premises and/or to file a case against the landlord for wrongful termination of your tenancy.
