Collect settlement

It has been 2 years, how do i collect my awarded settlement from small claims from my landlord?

If you have an old rent check, you can find out on the back where the landlord banks. Then you can bring the judgment and $$ to the sheriff and instruct the sheriff to levy against the landlord's bank account. The sheriff will collect its fees from the account, too.

I thoroughly agree with the two previous answers. Find where he works and get a wage attachment.

If he owns a vehicle or property, get a lien.

If you know where he banks, a bank lien.
