Commercial Lease

I have a commercial lease and want to terminate early due to unhealthy environment (ex: rat infestations, sewer leakage, adn constant flooding from neighbors). What are my rights or I'm I suppose to bare with the problem.

Contact your local building, housing, and/or health inspectors.

If they give you reports indicating your problems, you send landlord a certified letter to repair damage, or you are leaving.

Any further problems after that, contact an attorney.

Because of how much. and how long, it would be to educate you, I am sending a booklet from the Legal Aid office in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, which will explain a lot of your concerns.
