Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

commercial sublease

I am leasing out my suite of offices, but I will still use the room one designated night per week.

Should I use a California Commerical Sublease Agreement, a Partial Sublease or an Occupancy Agreement?

Re: commercial sublease

I would use the commercial sublease agreement, and make sure you draw up the provisions to include your one night per week.

I dont believe a template lease can usually meet specific commercial needs.
