commercial tenants rights
I signed a 3 year commercial lease, they wanted first and deposit for a total of 9000.00. I only had to pay 4500.00 for first month and got 45 days thrown in, I called it creative negotiating. My first month of rent being due would have been May 1st, with a late charge accrued on the 10th. I did not have the money. On June 2nd I received a 3 day pay or quit. I have not yet paid Junes rent either. Is the 3 day notice appropriate this early in the game, was May paid buy the deposit? Am I as delinquent as they make it sound? Please Help ASAP. Thank You.
