complaint letter to landlord Common Area Maintenance Charge increase
I need to write a complaint to the property manager for unreasonable increase the CAM charge. all the rent units will complain together.

A Letter on behalf oa all tenants that you can join with may assist. That letter would ask the landlord to provide proof of the CAM increase as well as an audit. Maybe, the prior years CAM charges were excessive? Please contact my office if you have any other questions.
