To whom it may concern
I am renting to own in a mobile home park , I have no way to cook, and my electricity in an add on room gets wet when it rains, who is responsible for the up keep on the mobile home?

The owner of the mobile home has to provide a working electrical system. The owner of the park has no duty as to anything doing only with the trailer. if the home is in such bad shape why rent it or plan on buying it?
