Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to write to the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals asking not to end rent control for mobile home parks. Susan Ann Silverstein, senior attorney for AARP Foundation has filed a friend-of-the-court brief in support. I too would like to add my voice. Is there a protocol for this, and an address?
It's my one chance for a nice, safe and affordable home in a world that offers fewer affordable housing options.
Sincerely,
Patricia Samson

The courts do not accept letters. A brief is a legal document. The best thing for you to do is lobby those officials who decide rent control issues.
