Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Counsel unavailable past my 5 day notice!
I received from Sheriff's dept, notice to vacate on door. I was going to file a motion for relief from default, then I receive a letter stating my landlords attorney is gone until after I am suppose to be gone. What do I do now? It's not my fault she picked this time to be ''unvailable''. HELP PLEASE!!
